Harrison Beacher

Harrison has worked as a full time realtor since graduating from Georgetown University in 2008. Harrison’s top priority is building sustaining relationships with his clients, managing their expectations and utilizing all available resources to ensure seamless & smooth transactions.

A long time Washington DC metro area resident, Harrison attended Montgomery County Public Schools for elementary and middle school, St. John’s College High School and Georgetown University. Harrison currently lives in the Riggs Park neighborhood of Northeast DC with his Wife and their two dogs, where he is active in the Lamond Riggs Civic Association.

He began his career in real estate with a top producing team as a licensed administrative and marketing assistant. While working as a licensed assistant/buyers agent, he gained valuable, hands-on experience with many different kinds of clients and learned about the differences and details of every kind of transaction.

Harrison has dealt with and successfully helped close every kind of deal from multi-million dollar sales, to foreclosures, short sales, co-ops ,estate sales, first time buyers, Down payment assistance program deals, investors, rentals, and everything in between. Harrison has been able to translate that experience to help his clients navigate through the most difficult deals with confidence and understanding of what it takes to get the deal done! Harrison was National finalist for Realtor Magazine’s 30 under 30 Class of 2015 and is currently the Communication Chair for the YPN (Your Professional Network) within GCAAR (The Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors) While attending Georgetown, Harrison played football, majored in Digital Art & Photography and minored in Theology.

In his spare time, Harrison has volunteer coached little league football, actively participates in the Washington DC Georgetown Alumni Club and supports Georgetown athletics, he volunteers his time with the American Cancer Society, Children’s National Health Systems, The Greater Washington Sports Alliance, A Wider Circle, Martha’s Outfitters, Rebuilding together and DC public schools, to name a few .
